Our brief was to turn a derelict bookmakers on the south coast of England into an office space suitable for a young and ambitious property management company. With very little of the existing able to be retained or reused, our inspiration for the fit out came when the false ceiling was removed, exposing some very worn but beautiful timber joists. As a result, we chose to keep the look very industrial whilst maintaining a luxurious experience through the use of high-spec floor and wall finishes.

With changes in working practices towards a more autonomous workday, our goal was to create a fun and vibrant office space that can be adapted for a growing and mobile workforce. This was achieved by mixing different genres of loose furniture and introducing splashes of intense colour throughout the office. The result is an eclectic and stylish working space, tinged with a quintessentially British flavour.
